Now Hiring - Roofing Sales Representative in Cape Coral, FL

Red Truck Roofing is looking for motivated outside sales representatives! We are looking for results driven sales reps to actively seek out and engage customers in The Tampa Bay & Surrounding Areas. Previous roofing sales experience preferred but not required for motivated candidates with previous experience as a salesperson. We will teach you the skills you need to feel confident signing contracts and making sales.

Our quality of work and commitment to customers is unparalleled in the industry. Our service areas on the west coast of Florida span from Hernando County all the way down to Lee County however, for the right projects, we will take on residential and commercial roofing work all of the state.

This a very competitive commission based position with the potential to earn $50,000-$250,000+/year. There is no commission cap. We have reps who have made over $300,000 in one year of roofing sales. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Company vehicles WILL be offered to qualifying salespeople! We will run a background check. You must be comfortable doing roof inspections and door to door sales.

Responsibilities

• Door to door sales & canvassing can be a useful tool, but not required for the position. This is an outside sales representative position, you will be required to self generate sales.
• Learning about roofing systems and developing product knowledge
• Meeting and discussing roof damage with insurance adjusters
• Frequent customer interaction
• Must be able to keep up with all day to day responsibilities for all accounts from start to finish in a timely manner
• Must be able to manage CRM, keep track of documents, and take relevant notes related to each account

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a roofing sales representative or experience in the roofing industry (encouraged, but not required, we are willing to train the right candidates)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and self accountability to keep up with them.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to each customer
• Relationship management skills and openness to improvement and constructive feedback
